Can I return or exchange my item?
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our handmade soaps, we are unable to offer exchanges on soap products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to assist you!
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
All our products are made in small batches. Due to the naturally sourced ingredients and seasonal variations, slight differences in color may occur from batch to batch.
If you change your mind about your purchase, kindly contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be able to cancel your order.
Once your order is delivered, please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order and we will work quickly to get any issues resolved.
Kindly refer to the ingredients list on each product page to view ingredients in a specific product. All our products are produced in the same facility. Kindly bear this in mind if considering allergies.
